Booklet

A 12-page booklet was available around the same time when the LP was sold as new.

The booklet was separately handed out to buyers in the shop and it was NOT included in the LP from the factory.

Some people who got the booklet did put it into the record sleeve and as a result of this, it is generally believed that the booklet came with the LP from the factory itself.
