The So-called Five-star Series Was Launched By Teldec In The Mid-60s To Highlight Lp Releases That Supposedly Contained Material Of Exceptional Artistic Value And Were Denoted With Five Stars On The Front Covers.

It Was Usually Only Released From The Company's Classic Andchanson/schlager Repertoire That Honor And Only Two Further LPs Of The UK Version Were, For Some Reason Or Other, Deemed Worthy Enough To Be Released With The Prestigious Five Stars Symbol On The Covers.

In This Case, Subsequent Beggars Banquets In The Mid-70s And Early 80s Were Housed In A Single Sleeve Only, Without The Five-star Logo On The Cover, and Instead of Carried A Decca Company Logo On The Font.

As With Everywhere Else, The Album Became Available On The Toilet Graffiti Wall Cover In This Country From 1984 Onwards. Source Discogs
