Regarding The Release Of This Single, There Are Two Different Opinions, The First Is From The Book By Christopher Maus "Rolling Stones Worldwide I Singles from 1963-1971".
That Says:
According To The Date Indicated By The Run-off Groove Of The Discs, The Record Was Pressed Two Months Ahead Of "Wanna Be Your Man", So It Can Be Assumed This Was Indeed The First Stones Single To Hit The Shops In Italy, Even Though, Chronologically Speaking, The Next Record Should Have Been Released Here First, That Is "I Wanna Be Your Man".
Second Opinion From Italian Book.
"The Rolling Stones THE  SINGLES, The Most Comprehensive Round-up Of The Singles Issued In Italy, Edizioni Applausi, English & Italian Text, By Claudio Aloi, Franco Brizzi, Stefano Dello Schiavo, and Renzo De Maria.
That Says:
The Second Single Of The Stones Was Distributed In Italian Shops In  October 1964, Althroug Printed In April, Early  "I Wanna Be Your Man" ( Printed On 12 6 64 ).
So According To The Version Of The Italian Book, It Would Have Remained In The Warehouses To Be Sold After The Release Of The First 45 rpm "I Wanna Be Your Man" Which Has An Engraved Date Of 12 6 64.
So We Can Conclude That The First Italian Single Pressed In Italy Is "Not Fade Away" Due To The Matrix 13 4 64, But The One That Was Sold First In Stores Is "I Wanna Ne Your Man". (Numbers don't lie)
Matrix 1 5 XDR 32719 T1  13 4 64
Matrix 2 G XDR 32720 T1  13 4 64
